What will this role achieve?

We are looking to recruit highly motivated individuals to join our team across various shifts.

You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing products for a leading UK brand.

What will be your key deliverables?- Control and operate a variety of processes and equipment to the highest standards of safety and quality.- Ensure the efficient operation of process equipment whilst carrying out quality inspections and maintaining a safe working environment.- Maximise plant efficiency whilst minimising waste.- Ensure housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained to the highest of levels.- Supporting the business with the generation of any improvement Initiatives.- High level of manual dexterity, as packing and stacking of product is required

Bring your experience

Essential

The successful applicant will work as part of a dynamic team and be able to perform the various roles required. They must have a ‘can do’ attitude and positive approach and help maintain the high standards required in food production.

You must have good verbal, and numerical skills. Must have a knack for solving problems and be a committed team player.

Desirable

Previous experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.

Shift Pattern

2 week rolling rota, Week 1: Monday - Thursday days, Week 2: Monday - Wednesday nights

Permanent Nights - Monday - Friday 22:00pm - 6:05am

Monday, Tuesday day, Friday, Saturday, Sunday night, Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday day, Week 3: Monday, Tuesday night, Friday, Saturday, Sunday day, Week 4: Wednesday, Thursday night
