We are seeking an Operations Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that the Office and Administration of the Fulfilment centre run efficiently and effectively at all times. The role will be responsible for:

- Co-ordinating & assisting with Customer Service, including both inbound and outbound communications
- Supporting the Operational Manager with both Logistics and Day to Day Operations
- Supporting the Purchasing Manager with day to day Purchasing Administration
- Prepare and deliver reports as required across the aforementioned areas

Specific responsibilities will vary but the focus of the role and its responsibilities will be:
**Main Roles and Responsibilities**

Operations:

- Monitor and Report on KPI performance of the Picking & Packing teams
- Assist with the Recruitment and Performance Management of Picking & Packing Staff
- Assist with the planning for the Picking & Packing teams on a weekly basis
- Assist with the planning of both external and internal logistics
- Ensure all courier logistics are implemented on a daily basis. This will include the management of the entire Courier relationship, including regular performance reviews.

Purchasing:

- Assist with purchasing administration on a daily basis, in conjunction with the Purchasing Manager

Office:

- Ensuring effective communication and information flow within the office
- Finding solutions to day-to-day operational challenges
- Overseeing office facilities and ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
- Managing office equipment, such as computers and printers.

Customer Service:

- Ensure that all inbound communications are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner
- Ensure Customer experience is being optimised at all stages of communication with the Company
- Manage and improves the Company’s performance across all review platforms
- Implement Outbound calling plans based on the wider Marketing teams requirements and ensure that the process is optimised at all times.
- Report on the performance of all outbound calling programmes, and implement improvements where required.
- Co-ordinate the provision of Customer Service help at all required times, including on weekends when required.
- Reporting on all of the above areas on a weekly basis, including CSAT, Customer Insights, CS Costs, NPS and Courier Performance.

**Operations Administrator - Requirements**
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Prioritising tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and ensure smooth office operations
- Exceptional Organisational skills
- Comfortable working alone and self-managing/prioritising workload to allow the smooth running of the business.
- Excellent understanding of the Data and Managing KPI’s
- Excellent communication skills.
- Calm under pressure and when dealing with difficult customers.
- Comfortable with using tech platforms, with previous experience of order processing and using CRM systems. Experience working with an e-commerce platform, reviews platforms and social media channels is desired.

Christmas is the Peak Period for the business, and as such Overtime would be available in the 2 weeks before Christmas.

The role is for an initial fixed term, until the 12th January 2024. There is potential for the role to become Full Time after this date, depending on the Business requirements.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
