Crafter’s Companion is in the midst of an exciting transformation. We are combining our existing expertise in product development and content creation with new investments in online capabilities, new distribution and communication channels, category expansion, and operational infrastructure. And we are seeking to expand our team to achieve the rapid growth we expect.

**Job Overview**

Integrated across all online and offline interaction points to deliver superior, personalised service. Leveraging digital platforms to deliver the best customer experience and products to crafters around the world. Data-driven CRM which delivers value to our consumers and drives relationship value.

There are almost 10 million committed crafters in the UK and US alone, with extraordinarily high average annual values. Creating a compelling program to convert these crafters to membership, provide high program value, and leverage these relationships into high and long-lasting revenue generation is critical to our success.

**Benefits**
