**Senior Consultant - Immigration**

We are a thriving consultancy with a rapidly expanding partner Immigration Advisory firm, seeking to bolster our team with an experienced immigration specialist.

The position is cross-functional, commencing within our main consultancy firm. Key responsibilities include:

- Providing general guidance and support to employees, the business, and HR colleagues regarding immigration matters.
- Handling administration and/or providing HR support, participating in onboarding projects.
- Undertaking ad hoc administration duties as per business needs. We are a flat organisation and seek flexible individuals willing to support across the company.

The HR aspects of the role will involve in-house training. We are looking for an individual with a sharp analytical mind to assist with researching employment guidance/compliance and supporting administration during the onboarding process.
- Skilled Worker Applications
- Sponsor Licence Applications
- Serving as a Representative on clients' sponsor licences
- Settlement Applications
- Naturalisation Applications
- Partner and Dependent Applications
- OISC Level 1 registration or be close to achieving this within three months.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role with at least 2 years of exposure to business immigration.
- The opportunity to engage in various aspects of the business with potential for career and corresponding salary growth, given our status as a small business.
- Organisational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage tasks associated with client work.
- An excellent level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Initiative, with a genuine interest in immigration matters.
- The ability to manage client expectations and deliver accurate advice based on their differing needs/circumstances.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A degree in law/legal background, while not required, would be useful for the compliance aspects and ad hoc duties of the role.
- Previous experience in HR compliance, organization, reward roles, and knowledge of global mobility would be a plus.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
