Receptionist/administrator

We are a long established motor garage with loyal employees and customers. As a result of recent investment we are undergoing expansion and so require additional staff to support this growth.
The main duties for this job will include:
- Managing bookings
- Control vehicle logistics
- Managing work flows and parts suppliers
- Preparing invoices
- Taking payments
- Day-to-day business administration
- Monitoring Social Media and internet presence
A large part of the job is dealing with customers and being able to understand and explain any vehicle issues they may have, so a basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics is desirable, but more important is a willingness to learn.

- Friendly, calm and polite in a fast paced working environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Part-time hours: 40 per week
**Salary**: From £10,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Glastonbury: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (required)
