An exciting opportunity has become available for a super organised HR Assistant to join our team at our flagship Ham Yard Hotel. Reporting into the HR Manager of the hotel you will provide administrative and transactional support to the HR Manager and all the departments in the hotel.

**This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.**

**The role**
- Liaise with line managers and team members on all people related queries
- Support with the on boarding and off boarding processes for all new starters (including offer paperwork and exit interviews)
- Take a lead on all people related administrative tasks (i.e. confirmation of employment, change to details form, amendment to T&Cs etc.)
- Maintain accurate and up to date people folders and files
- Create reports and data insights presentations on HR metrics
- Assists the hotel HR Manager with ad hoc work/projects

**Key skills**
- Experienced working in an administrative role
- Organised and process-driven
- Good time management and strong attention to detail
- Proactive and able to manage your own workload
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
- Motivated self-starter and enthusiastic
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to easily build rapport
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Prior experience in an HR administrative/assistant role (desirable)
