We have an excellent opportunity for a Skilled Labourer to join a large housing association in Brighton.

We are seeking Skilled Labourers to assist on the new development of domestic homes in Brighton. You will be assisting on site with general labouring works and groundworks as well as maintaining site standards and working within health and safety policies.

You will also carry out minor repairs and clearance works including the exterior of properties and this may include some landscaping, fencing, kerb laying, digging, etc.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full time hours Monday to Friday. You will be working a standard 40 hour week with potential to take overtime. An immediate start is available.

**You will need;**
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Previous Experience (Labouring)

Desirable;
- CSCS Card
- CPCS Card
