Gardener/landscaper

**Job description**

Are you passionate about maintaining beautiful gardens and outdoor spaces? Do you have a green thumb and an eye for detail? We are seeking a dedicated Horticulturist/Landscaper to join our rapidly expanding high-end garden care and development company.

**Responsibilities**:
Conducting routine garden maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, weeding, and watering to ensure gardens are kept to a high standard.
Mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and edging borders to maintain neat and tidy outdoor spaces.
Operating garden machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Assisting with landscaping projects as needed, including soil preparation, planting, and mulching.
Monitoring and reporting any issues or concerns with plant health, irrigation systems, or garden structures.
**Requirements**:
Previous experience in horticulture, landscaping, or garden maintenance preferred.
Knowledge of plant care techniques, soil types, and garden maintenance best practices.
Full UK driving license is mandatory.
Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
