Our DSO Transition team has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PMO to join them in Salford.

This role will ensure that our DSO transition initiatives put in place to deliver incentive revenue are developed, tracked and continually refreshed to drive and maximise outperformance.

**Our role**

As PMO, you will be an essential member of the DSO team, accountable to the Head of DSO for developing and driving our plan for delivery of these initiatives across ENWL’s directorates responsible for delivering DSO activities.

You will need to be extremely organised with excellent interpersonal skills, as liaison with Senior Leaders and external stakeholders will be integral to the role. As the DSO transition programme owner, you will also be accountable for delivery of all DSO related initiatives, including IT, business process changes, commercial framework development and supporting the team and providing expert project management support, as required.

**What we’re looking for**
- Project / programme management experience is critical, as is experience of large scale finances associated with large projects, ideally you will be Prince 2 trained;
- A good working knowledge of MS Office products, including Project;
- Experience of working in the utility industry and understanding of electricity industry regulation with knowledge and experience of the distribution price control framework; ideally with knowledge and experience of DSO roles, activities and baseline expectations as prescribed by Ofgem;
- Good stakeholder management and influencing skills are essential, across a wide range of business, external, and technical stakeholders up to and including the senior levels;
- Good presentational and public speaking skills.
