This is an opportunity for an outgoing and personable individual to join our expanding team in Bude to service the office’s busy Residential Sales Department.
**Duties will include (non-exhaustive)**:
- Meeting & greeting clients
- Handling inbound & outgoing telephone calls, taking messages where necessary
- Proactively book viewings as well as dealing with valuation requests
- Maintain and organise diary system / valuations / appointments
- Typing up of property particulars and sales correspondence
- Data inputting onto the residential in-house database
- Arrange window displays and mail shots
- Arrange newspaper and on-line advertising
- Manage and maintain administrative systems and procedures
- Ensuring anti-money laundering and GDPR compliance procedures are met
- General administration, filing, mailing, photocopying etc.
