Exciting Opportunity for a Digital Content Creator in South West London

We are thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic Digital Content Creator to join our fast-growing Boutique Fitness Brand in South West London. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand's digital presence and engagement.

**The Role**:

- Salary: £35,000 + OTE
- Incentive/Commission: Yes.
- Working Hours: 40 hours p/w (minimum)
- Leave: 25 Days per annum (plus bank holidays).

Your duties will encompass a wide range of disciplines and skills, including strategy development, project management, customer service, networking and content creation.

**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media and marketing strategies in collaboration with the Senior Management to boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
- Analyse the long-term needs of the company's social media strategy, providing quarterly reports to the management and executive teams, and suggesting necessary changes to the overall digital marketing plan.
- Create compelling content for our social media sites, including blogs, articles, posts, and multimedia content.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and digital technologies.
- Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends for submission to the management and executive teams.
- Oversee competitions and campaigns to draw attention to the brand.
- Set measurable goals for campaigns, measure ROI, and report results to the management team.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback, comments, and social media posts.
- Collaborate with other departments and creatives to create a comprehensive online marketing strategy.

**Content Creation**:

- Create engaging content, including TikToks and Reels, for all social channels on a quick turnaround to highlight our growing number of partnerships.

**Social Media Management**:

- Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn channels, upkeep the website, engage with our online community, and plan content calendars.
- Bring our social media channels to life, aligning them with upcoming projects and the broader brand strategy.

**Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new influencers and partners through day-to-day content creation, studio attendance, and event hosting.

**Events**:

- Organise and assist in hosting events, a crucial part of the role.

**Website Upkeep**:

- Ensure the website is up to date, hosted on Squarespace.

**Meta and Google Ads**:

- Collaborate with external agencies to place Meta and Google ads, analysing their effectiveness.

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
- Enthusiastic and creative fitness lover based in London.
- Extensive experience with various social media platforms, Mailchimp, and Squarespace.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with stakeholders, creatives, and departments.
- Strong networking skills to build relationships with influencers and key players.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
- Solid knowledge of the English language.
- Strategic and creative thinking ability.
- Desire to learn and progress.
- Sound knowledge of computers, operating systems, and relevant software programs.
- Understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and keyword search.
