Salary £12.50ph
Contract 1 years fixed term renewable contract,

1 full time + 1 part time role available
Usual Hours: 9.15 - 16.30

Some evening and weekend hrs may be required with time off in lieu or overtime will be offered.

We are an independent Social Enterprise, and we improve the quality of life for adults with disabilities and older people with a range of unique wellbeing activities. Activities are creative and spirited and tailored to boost health, belonging and happiness for all that take part.

We collaborate with local organisations to provide more options and choices for vulnerable adults in our community and are involved in many exciting local projects which aim to change perception of disability in a positive way. This sees us working differently and dynamically from various settings.

**Activity Delivery**
- To have a reliable, creative, and consistent approach.
- Confident leading groups of people and making on the spot changes.
- Responsible and enjoys working on own and with a team.
- Work to company guidelines.
- To support Participant programmes.
- Responsible for safe set up and storage of session equipment.
- To deliver activities from our Moreton based Centre, Outreach and Online.

**Activity Planning**
- To be a creative planner.
- To reflect, change and mix things up regularly in line with what’s needed to provide Participant and own progression.
- To provide observation-based evaluations and funder outcome based reports.
- To host and support feedback meetings with Participants, Carers and Care

Teams.
- To attend and contribute team meetings with creative planning ideas.

**Person Specification**
- A friendly person with a happy and consistent approach to work.
- A natural positive nature and supportive person.
- A qualification in fitness or dance is desirable.
- Passionate about people and improving wellbeing.
- Experience of working in a Health and Social Care setting is desirable.
- Previous experience of group activity delivery is essential.
- Preferred BSL or Makaton knowledge.
- Excellent observer and naturally empathetic.
- Excellent communicator and confident person.
- Excellent self-management skills and good team player.
- Natural multitasker with good attention to detail.
- Working experience with older adults and adults with disabilities.
- A flexible approach for delivery in the Centre, Outreach & Online.
- Own transport preferred.
