**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner
- Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of dental office resources
- Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Coordinate with all staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient clinic operations
- Handle patient concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Front of House / Hospitality Role
- Dental experience is preferable but not compulsory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is preferred
- Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient records and administrative tasks
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively with dental staff
