Our Manufacturing client based in Leyland are currently recruiting for an Invoicing Clerk & Administrator to join their Finance team on a permanent basis. You will support a busy Accounts Department reporting into the Head of Finance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Setting up new customers
- Taking credit card payments for invoices
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Creating proforma invoices for customers
- Filing all Invoices and daily sheets
- Use the internal system to track and update processes

**Requirements**:

- High level of accuracy
- Experience in invoicing a high volume of customers
- AAT qualification would be advantageous
