Blue Arrow is proud to be working in partnership with our excellent client who specialise as provider of business services to various companies, and they are looking for several Senior Pensions Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent.

This role is remote/working from home opportunity but previous experience as a pensions administrator or similar is essential.

About The Senior Pensions Administrator Role
Working as part of and to support the Pensions Solutions team alongside quality-checking the work of junior colleagues and mentoring them as they learn and develop. Continuously challenge the activities both inside and outside of the team to ensure highest standard of customer service to clients is being delivered.

What will you be doing within the Senior Pensions Administrator role?

Processing all work in accordance with the active management protocols
Handling complex cases and conducting stress tests
Authorising scheme records and events
Scrutinising calculations and processes to ensure they are thorough, cost-effective, and efficient.
Identifying and addressing complaints, when required
Challenging both internal and external activities to improve the customer experience.

**HOURS**: Mon-Fri (40 hours per week) Working day hours are 8:00am - 6:00pm however standard hours usually are 9:00am - 5:30pm but some flexibility will be needed.

What will you bring to the Senior Pensions Administrator role?

Previous experience as a Pensions Administrator is essential.
In-depth experience of working on Direct Benefit Pension Schemes
Demonstrable experience in both pensions administration and work management systems
An ability to coach, train, develop and mentor junior members of the team, using your expertise, insights, and knowledge.
A high level of proficiency when using Microsoft 365
An accurate, detail-oriented approach to your work, and flexibility when managing multiple tasks with varying demands and deadlines.
