As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our team as a Reservations Administrator.
- Process and manage reservations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure all customer needs are met.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records.
- Handle cancellations and modifications to reservations.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with the Hotel Operations Manager and reservations coordinator to promote special offers or packages.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a reservations or administrative role preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive and professional attitude.
- Previous experience with social media content creation and advertising.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £22,880.00 per year
