**About the role -**

The job holder supports the Indirect Sourcing Procurement Manager to manage the relationship with all Lavazza Indirect suppliers and effective Supplier Relationship Management across all markets. This will include categories of spend including Logistics, Factory Operations, HR Services, Marketing, IT, Research and Development and Consultancy.

The job holder provides Procurement support across all suppliers in the following key areas:

- Supporting the management of the day-to-day execution of contracts for approved sourcing strategies for the Indirect Category
- Supporting Supplier relationship Management across a multi-cultural arena.
- Supporting the Strategy Development for non-strategic Indirect categories.
- Support the business in the development of existing commercial relationships whilst identifying opportunities for change where applicable. This will also include identifying opportunities for growth where commercially viable.
- The role holder needs to support with gathering market intelligence, benchmark against external suppliers and understand price, specifications internally and externally. They will work closely with internal stakeholders in enhancing the services and goods all areas of our business.
- The job holder is responsible for Procurement data collection and analysis. They will use a number of systems and tools to make clear commercial decisions.
- The job holder is responsible for the maintenance of supply chain, and supplier relationship management databases. This will include the maintenance of the contracts database.
- The job holder is responsible for Procurement master data within SAP.
- The job holder will work closely with Headquarters in the rollout of several key systems and processes to include Ecovadis and Bravo Solutions.
- The job holder will develop strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders and will proactively support with risk management, commercial support and process improvement.

**Skills and Qualifications -**

Academically qualified preferably with Procurement experience in an FMCG environment

Good organisational, time management and interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively and efficiently

Excellent IT skills

Knowledge of SAP systems

Pay: £33,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
