We’re looking for an individual who has a good understanding of project management with exposure to various stages of the project management lifecycle to support our growth in a newly created role of Project Planner. The role is a hybrid with a mixture of homeworking and working from our headquarters office in Sheffield.

**Summary of role & responsibilities**

As a Project Planner at ITI, you will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, at all levels of the organisation, to define and achieve mutual understanding of the scope of work. You will be responsible for producing and maintaining a portfolio of projects ensuring planning procedures are followed whilst supporting the bid team in the production of robust schedules, cost and resource plans.

You will be expected to represent the company in a professional and diligent manner and act as a key contributor in the project management team assisting in the successful implementation and delivery of large, complex projects.

**Summary of requirements**:

- Undertaking or completed a relevant Project Management qualification
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- A good understanding of project management with exposure to various stages of the project management lifecycle
- Experience in producing, analysing and advising on Project Performance data, and determining root causes and impacts
- Experience with packages such as: Microsoft Project (P6 Primavera)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to read and interpret charts and spreadsheets
- Ability to demonstrate a logical approach to problem solving
- Good technical writing
- Proven ability to engage with, influence, and manage communications at an operational level with the project team and both internal and external stakeholders.
