Mi Analyst

**MI Analyst, Doncaster**
MI Analyst responsibilities include:
- Assist with the production and on-going maintenance of detailed, accurate and consistent monthly reporting, including management accounts, month-end financial results, monthly key performance indicators, and capacity reporting
- Extract, interrogate, and analyse data to support business decision making
- Assist in regular working capital valuation reviews; in particular preparation, distribution, and consolidation of the relevant data
- Assist with the business planning and budgeting process, including the delivery of appropriate consolidation models and related documentation
- Assist Financial Controllers through Excel modeling, consolidation, and creation of regular reports on balance sheet and cash flow
- Create new reporting models which combine and summarise data from multiple sources using Excel and other reporting tools
- Provide interpretation and guidance for users of information to add value to decision making
Competencies for the MI Analyst:
- Proven experience of developing and delivering clear, accurate and relevant reports to aid decision making
- Demonstrated high degree of numeracy and analytical thinking
- Personally organised and with a strong eye for detail
- Experience of using SQL or T-SQL
- Experience of using VBA, preferably in the context of spreadsheet automation
What the MI Analyst offers:
- Salary up to £45,000
- 23 days holiday + bank holidays
- Free on-site parking
- Working hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
- Auto-enrolment pension
