Production Coordinator

Thistle Seafoods are seeking someone to work directly with the production team who has excellent attention to detail and is confident in all aspects of coordination and administration. The role will be to support the production management team in tracking stock, production numbers alongside several other important metrics and information.

**Key Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Excellent attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft excel and ERP systems.
- Monitoring stock levels and wastage.
- Produce reports to pass to senior managers and other departments.
- Update and monitor the live stock system.
- Close off work orders and support the buying team.
- Ensuring audit trails are maintained to a high standard.
- Coordinating information from different departments to ensure everyone has a real time picture of product flow.

This position is Monday to Friday 7.00am to 4.00pm or 8.00am to 5.00pm.
