**Summary of the Role**

LanciaConsult is recruiting for a Talent & Office Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of our Global People team, creating and managing a talent pipeline for our Consulting roles across Singapore, Bristol & Belfast. This role will also provide support on a wide range of internal focused activities in the Bristol and Belfast offices.

We work at Berkeley Square in a vibrant central city location in Bristol, with hybrid and flexible working.

**Role Component Main Responsibilities**

**LinkedIn Recruiter & Talent Pipelining**
- Owner of Lancia’s Global LinkedIn Recruiter license to create talent pipelines for all current and future locations for our business across all Consulting levels.
- Research talent in potential new office locations and regions
- Coordination of interviews and assessment events

**Office Management**
- Provide office manager support for our Bristol & Belfast teams. This will include ensuring office equipment and branded kit is well stocked and overseeing ordering technology kit.
- Support on organising internal events such as our annual weekend away, our regular monthly meetings, leadership and other training events.

**MD Support**
- Support with MD travel, hotels, meals & expenses

**Person Description**

**Experience and Knowledge**:

- Strong academic record
- Experience of Microsoft Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience of or ability to learn quickly to own and use LinkedIn Recruiter
- To be able to work with colleagues remotely (with Singapore and Belfast offices)
- Interest in starting a career in recruitment and working as part of a wider HR team
- Positive, professional and driven to work towards creating a fantastic talent pipeline for our business

**Professional and personal attributes**:

- Able to stay focussed and resilient with talent pipelining
- Excellent written skills, attention to detail and professional style with written work
- Strong interpersonal skills, friendly and people focussed, ability to work as part of a team

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
