BIM Coordinator
Location: Rochester

**Salary**: GBP28,000 - GBP32,000 per year
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm.
Job type: Full-time, permanent
Summary of the BIM Coordinator:
Able to run small schemes with soft-touch input from seniors and above. Requires a basic understanding of all MEP services and can produce layouts with input from the engineering team and have a basic understanding of BIM.
Requirements of the BIM Coordinator:

- Highly organised in order to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- Minimum of 3 years Revit experience
- Good understanding of BIM
- AutoCAD experience preferred but not essential.
