RBH has a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised individual to join us as our Homeownership Officer, providing an excellent level of service to all our customers.

As our Homeownership Officer you will be expected to provide a high quality, customer focussed homeownership service. To maximise income from RBH’s assets.

You will also be responsible for monitoring customer equality data and satisfaction surveys, producing performance management information and supporting the design and publication of relevant information guides and newsletters.
