**Residential Conveyancer - Bristol - £24,000 - £26,000**

**Duties include**:

- Take ownership of your own caseload of new build purchase matters and their related sales
- Manage matters from inception to conclusion
- Report to lenders, reviewing key documentation and resolving client due diligence issues
- Work closely with unit leaders, colleagues, developers, housing associations
- Work closely with a dedicated Conveyancing Assistant or Legal Administrator to guarantee a first-class service is provided

**You will need**:

- At least 6 months experience handling a property caseload within a law firm
- New build experience is an advantage, but not essential
