If the answer is yes, we would love to hear from you.

Jobs 22 is an innovative new company created by the national UK charity, Catch22 and the Angus Knight Group. Catch22 has designed and delivered services that build resilience and aspiration in people and communities for over 200 years, and the Angus Knight Group is a major provider of human services across Australia and a skills provider in the UK.

With the support and experience of these established organisations, we are building a new approach to helping individuals who may have been out of work for a significant period of time, to find employment.

We have a dedicated team of supportive coaches, skills trainers, occupational health advisors and labour market analysts, all focused on inspiring and motivating individuals to overcome barriers they may have to get back into meaningful and sustainable employment.

As part of a new government initiative, we are working with employers, local government and other partners to deliver tailored support for individuals across several parts of the UK.

Our mission is to deliver a thoughtful, effective and commercial approach to helping individuals create better lives for themselves and their local communities, through work.

**About the Role**

As an Employment Coach, you will be supporting individuals to progress into their chosen career paths by providing advice, support and guidance.

You will maintain participant records using the Jobs 22 CRM system and record regular contact with your participants, keeping them motivated and focused for the duration of the programme.

Working with diagnostic screening, assessments and skills analysis will be critical to the guidance you provide, allowing participants to consider all options available to them to gain employment.

You will be supported by and work closely with, other specialists at Jobs 22 that may be required to work with your participants to provide specific advice, training and support in line with a tailored action plan.

Building an up-to-date working knowledge of the local area labour market, training opportunities and relevant support agencies is essential for success in the role. You will get to know the local employers in your community, understanding what they are looking for in an employee and encouraging them to interview your participant.

- Experience of working in the employment and skills sector and delivering to specified targets, quality standards and compliance measures is preferred.
