**Legal Claims Handler**

**Bristol / Caerphilly**

Do you have previous financial services experience?

Would you like to work in a varied claims handling role?

Our client, a leading legal expenses insurance provider, is looking for someone with financial services experience to join their friendly team as a Legal Expenses Claims Handler.

In return, you will receive a great salary and benefits, plus you’ll only have to work 35-hours per week, no evenings or weekends

Duties of a Legal Expenses Claims Handler will include;
- Working closely with clients, solicitors, and third parties to ensure all claims are dealt with in a timely manner
- Accurately processing legal claims and providing excellent customer support throughout the claims process
- Providing regular updates to customers on the progress of their claims
- Answering customer queries and providing guidance as required
- Ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained and filed correctly
- Liaising with third-party insurers, solicitors, and experts to ensure effective management of claims
- Maintaining accurate records of all claims and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
