If so, we have the perfect position for you as a Quality Intelligence Officer.

This role will be supporting the quality assurance of adult social care providers. The team visits adult care services and works with them to improve the quality of care. This role is pivotal in that work. The team sits in the Care Commissioning function of our Health and Care Directorate. This role is a combination of office and home working.

Main Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement quality assurance processes and performance metrics.

Generate reports and presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

Foster an innovative mindset by exploring new approaches and techniques for data analysis, problem-solving, and quality improvement.

Participate actively in team meetings, sharing knowledge and contributing to collaborative decision-making processes.

Support the development and implementation of data collection and reporting systems to streamline processes and ensure data accuracy.

We’re looking for someone who can utilise Microsoft Excel to collect, organize, and analyse large datasets, ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data. Knowledge and experience of PowerBI would also be beneficial.
