You will be an Architect (Part I, II or III) working for an architectural practice with volume housebuilders as clients, or have held this role before moving to work for a rival housebuilder as a Design Manager or in-house Architect. You will be skilledin the production of housing layout design but now wish to work in a client side role managing external architectural practices, rather than working in one producing the drawings
