Quality Manager

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Manager to join an exciting manufacturer at the forefront of technology in the Bicester area.
With no day ever being the same the Quality Manager role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class manufacturing environment.
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring inspection and quality control of goods inbound, and product delivered
- Set and monitor performance of suppliers to ensure that they meet defined quality standards.
- Oversee and manufacturing procedures to identify deviations from defined quality standards.
- Lead and manage the quality team
**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:
- Experience within an engineering, manufacturing or production environment
- Experience in a similar position
- Experience in people management
**Package and Benefits**:
- £40,000 - £60,000
- 25 days + BH, medical & dental insurance, bonus scheme, life assurance x3
