**Telesales Advisor**

**£22,000 basic, realistic OTE £35,000 per annum**

**Full Time, Permanent**

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Telesales / Marketing Agent to join a successful Direct Sales team on Kikrstall Road, Leeds.

We offer a great working environment with a 32 hour working week split over 4 day working week, along with a fantastic commission structure with a realistic OTE of £35,000pa with uncapped commissions.

We work with an industry leading renewable energy and Smart home technology brand; and have a busy call centre where you will be calling inbound data (NO COLD CALLING) generating quality appointments for our own representatives to visit the homes of customersto demonstrate how much money homeowners could save.

People ideally suited to our telesales position will be:

- Highly motivated
- Persuasive
- Great communication skills
- Rapport builder
- Work on own initiative
- Good organisation skills

Experience working in a telesales capacity is advantageous but if you can sell yourself and show us that you have what it takes to become great then we have a team of experienced staff that will help you develop your skills and in turn increase your earnings.
