**Who we’re looking for**:
We’re looking for someone that:

- Has a genuine passion for customer care and improving customer experience with a retail background.
- Has strong IT and computer skills.
- Medicines Counter Assistant course is desirable.

**What you’ll be doing**

In your day-to-day role, you’ll be:

- Meet and greet all customers promptly with a smile, making them feel welcome.
- Listen to customers to help them find what they are looking for
- Ensuring our shop is clean, tidy and presentable
- Ensure products are available for customers, re-stocking the shelves and putting the delivery away according to planograms
- Complete daily and weekly till procedures, including weekly cashing up processes
- Complete weekly stock ordering utilising existing till functionality
- Produce weekly and monthly sales reports with recommendations to improve our service

As the wholly owned subsidiary of the East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust, we provide the outpatient pharmacy service at the Lister Hospital, the New QEII Hospital and the Mount Vernon Cancer Centre. Our team comprises of Pharmacy Managers, Pharmacists, Accuracy Checking Technicians, Technicians and Dispenser and Healthcare Assistants and as a team we are proud to deliver a variety of services.
