The Role of the Receptionist

Receptionist required to join a busy NHS GP surgery, supporting the team on Reception. This role will suit a receptionist or Administrator who is able to work productively in a busy environment.

**Main duties of the Receptionist will include**:

- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Booking appointments
- Liaising with visitors to the reception front desk
- Full training and PPE will provide
- Assisting with other ad hoc duties

The ideal Receptionist will have the following skills and attributes:

- Good organisational skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work productively in a busy environment
- Excellent Customer Service skills
