- Experience of supervising clinicians and supporting trainees.
- Experience with Autism and/or learning disabilities, supporting parents, assessing risk, and safeguarding needs, whilst adapting needs and resources to meet individualised needs.
- Experience of education and particularly SEND schools.
- Experience of outcome measures, data monitoring and reporting.

**In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of**:

- Registration with the relevant Registration Body

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Able to oversee all clinical interventions and resources within the service
- Provide clinical supervision to Band 5,6 and 7 staff
- Provide learning and development opportunities for the whole team
- Develop manualized approaches to meet the needs of SEND Offer a consultation service to other
- MHSTs Continue to develop and evolve the service Assess and manage risk and safeguarding Able to establish and maintain effective inter-agency and inter-team communication
- To provide specialist assessment, intervention, advice, and consultation on CYPs care to colleagues, professionals from other agencies and to other non-professional carers.
- Able to plan and to lead workshops and therapeutic groups
- Able to maintain a high degree of professionalism when working in settings where there is a highly emotive atmosphere.
- Able to work both in a team environment and autonomously
