Property Webmasters require an experienced Graphic Designer to join their growing team on a maternity cover basis, this could then extend to a permanent role if the opportunity arose. You will be expected to work as part of a team on major projects; you will be given the opportunity to express your skills.

Primarily you’ll have solid experience in designing websites in either photoshop or XD (XD would be preferred), and an enthusiasm and an aptitude for learning more.

You will head up the design department while covering this role and will be responsible for a host of areas:

- Website design
- Quality Checking websites
- Social media campaign creation
- Organic social media creation
- Newsletter design
- Adhoc design work for all departments of the business
- Print work (stationary/ brochure design/ signage/ other printed marketing material)
- Managing a number of clients accounts - e.g. print clients

This role will mainly work alongside the projects and marketing team.

**Requirements**:

- Expert knowledge of Adobe programs. Photoshop, XD, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Have a solid understanding of Website Design and UX.
- Creativity
- Flexibility - ability to jump between projects
- Good time management
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Handles feedback well
- Self-starter and initiative to work well alone
- Basic knowledge of Canva to assist in creating templates for the marketing team.

**Desirable abilities;**
- Basic CSS Knowledge
- Basic Video editing skills
- Basic knowledge of quality-checking developers' work
- Basic understanding of digital marketing
- Have an interest in the industry, Proptech

**Salary and Package**

Salary is competitive depending on experience and will be improved based on your performance. You will also receive a flexible holiday allowance, and be able to work in a productive yet easygoing environment. You will be given the license to be creative, to express your views and to be a fundamental cog in the development of our business.
