**Permanent Full-time (35 hours per week) Term Contract**

Stanground St John’s are looking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking HLTA to join our highly committed team.

We are an inclusive, caring and aspirational school, with friendly and enthusiastic pupils who are eager to learn. Ofsted considered us to be ‘Good’ in all areas, while our 2017 SIAMS inspection judged us to be ‘Outstanding’, praising our ‘positive attitudes and high standards of behaviour’.

We are seeking someone who:

- has a track record as a trained and committed HLTA or TA;
- can teach high quality and engaging lessons across the school (planned by the Teacher);
- is a really positive person, caring, creative and flexible with the ability to motivate and manage children;
- has good communication skills and is able to work effectively with stakeholders;
- has high expectations and is in sympathy with the ethos of a Church of England School;
- inclusive attitude
