A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join a highly successful team within a dynamic International Company. Part of the Allied International Group of Companies, Allied International UK Limited are continuing their expansion in the UK marketplace. We are known as world leaders in the manufacture and supply of pipeline products for the oil, gas and petrochemical industries.

Knowledge of our products is not essential and full training will be given to the successful applicant.

Duties will include:

- Answering the telephone.
- Office Filing.
- Scanning/printing/photocopying.
- Arranging transport to and from customers/suppliers.
- Entering sales orders & purchase orders into EFACS (internal AIUK system).
- Creating internal work orders and picking lists for operation department.

**Hours**:8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 10 months

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
