The Central Appointments team have an exciting opportunity to appoint an enthusiastic, organised and flexible individual into a Co-Ordinator role within our specialist team. This team co-ordinates patients' outpatient appointments attending for multi-speciality clinics over 5 community sites. Here you will work as part of an established team who strive to ensure that patients get the best possible care.

Responsibilities of this role cover a wide range of administration and clerical duties including waiting list management, appointment scheduling, RTT pathways and answering telephone queries therefore a flexible approach to workload is required.

Applicants must be confident communicators with the ability to liaise with clinicians, clinical staff and patients. Essential qualities include strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Flexibility is essential to the post in order to meet the service needs.
