**Position Details**
- Just so you know, our shift times are 7.00am to 2.00pm and 2.00pm to 9.00pm. The position is for 5 shifts per week, which will be a mixture of senior and care shifts.

- We’re Woodlands Gate Rest Home, a family owned residential care home in Pedmore, Stourbridge, and we provide a range of care and support services for our older residents, some of whom have dementia.
- We’ve got a lovely homely atmosphere, and we’re rated ‘Good’ by CQC. We have great facilities and a wonderful, caring team of staff.

**What We’re Looking For**
- We’re seeking to recruit a senior carer who is able to encourage a workplace culture based on respect and dignity for those in need of care and support. Someone who can provide supervision and values-led management to a team of carers.
- You’ll also be able to demonstrate experience in managing and developing staff, alongside leadership abilities and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A sense of humour would be an added bonus
- You should also have a minimum of 2 years senior carer experience within the care home industry including the administration of medication, and ideally hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
