Job Overview:
Join our team at Brunch Base Located in Great Shelford, Cambridge.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. Your role will also involve providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns
- Operate coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, and other beverage equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Assist with food preparation as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling purposes
- Familiarity with food safety practices is a plus
