Grafton Banks Finance are delighted to be supporting a Brighton based client who are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk. This is a newly created role, reporting into the Finance Manager and covering a range of purchase ledger related duties.
This role will include:
- Checking, coding and inputting invoices onto the accountancy system
- Preparing payments when required
- Responding and manging purchase ledger queries
- Processing petty cash and expenses
- Using Excel to process and enter client payment details
- Ad hoc support across the finance team
- Have previous accounts payable/purchase ledger experience
- Strong systems skills, including Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Sumif’s etc.)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to commute to Brighton offices on a regular basis
