Alongside your Legal Secretary experience, you will also ideally hold relevant knowledge regarding personal injury/clinical negligence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Secretary and admin support
- Arranging appointments
- Dealing with client queries
- Prepping correspondence and documents by audio dictations
- General duties - filing, photocopying, opening and closing of files
- Diary management
- Answering calls
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Liaising with fee-earners on file management
Location: Sandwich

**Salary**: £21,000 - £23,500
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
