Title: Mid - Senior Designer (Hybrid)

Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Holidays: 23 days per year plus all National Holidays

We are a merchandise specialist working with some of the biggest brands in the Gaming, Esports, and entertainment industries. We are seeking a talented, motivated, and experienced Designer to join our small team based in Lytham, Lancashire. The role is highly diverse and offers an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn about the industry and gain hands-on experience in every aspect of the design process. As part of our team, you will be involved in research, trend analysis, design, product development, factory liaison, customer engagement, and the review of samples prior to full production.

Job Summary:

- Create product mock-ups that align with client requirements.
- Develop and produce artwork using our partners' asset banks.
- Conduct research on new product designs and analyse competition.
- Contribute to weekly product development meetings.
- Create compelling presentations for new product proposals.
- Evaluate and assess prototypes and samples.
- A degree or equivalent level qualification in Product Design, Graphic Design, or a related field is advantageous.
- Proficient technical skills in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Passion for creative product development.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Experience in photography/product photography is a plus, but not essential.
- Good project administration and practice.
- Familiarity with managing Social Media Accounts (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok).

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
