Equine Groom Apprentice

**What will the apprentice be doing?**

Usual daily tasks will be expected to include (but not limited to):

- Mucking out
- Turning out/bringing in including rug changing
- Feeding and net filling
- Bathing
- Schooling (ridden and non-ridden)
- Holding for vet/farrier/dentist
- Yard & field maintenance

**What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?**
- You will be working towards your Level 2 Equine Groom Apprenticeship Standard
- Also, if required you will work towards achieving your Level 1/2 maths and/ or English Functional Skills qualifications
- All training will be provided at the employer's premises by the employer and Haddon Training

**What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
