Job Title: Support Worker /Personal Care Assistant
- 24- 31 hours a week
- 1 weekend in four
- £12.00
- Company pension + 5.6 weeks Annual leave

**Hours: various hours - regular shift pattern**

**Responsibilities**:
Provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual disabilities and OCD. The role will include a sleep-in, in a separate room, at the same rate of pay.
You will assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration, ensure the home is clean and tidy.
Encourage and promote independence and self-confidence in individuals
Plan and participate in recreational activities and outings
Maintain accurate documentation of services provided

**Requirements**:
Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Valid driver's license, able to drive a manual car and reliable transportation to get to and from work.

You must be eliable to work in the UK without sponsorship, Good clear spoken English due to his communication needs. Happy to have an enhanced DBS at the cost to the company.

Part-time hours: 24-30 per week
