Do you like working in a fast paced environment? Do you have amazing customer service skills and a passion for excellence? Do you have first class telephone skills and experience working with Customer Relationship Management software ? Are you polite, calm under pressure and have great attention to detail? If so, please read on.

This is some of what you will be doing as a member of our Customer Care Team:

- Working in close cooperation with our Animal Handlers, Nursing and Veterinary colleagues
- Talking to clients over the phone and dealing with enquiries
- Giving out pre-ordered medication
- Administration - using Word and Excel
- Updating our Practice Management system (a customer database)
- Learning how to question clients effectively in order to ascertain the urgency of a requested appointment. This will lead to taking on more responsibility and dealing with more complex cases
- Maintaining professionalism and composure in emotional situations when dealing with pets requiring significant medical intervention or end of life care

**You will be working flexible hours up to 30 per week covering the opening hours of the practice - 8am - 7pm Monday - Friday and Saturday mornings**

**Part-time hours**: 24- 30 pw
