Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- A friendly face to greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services and policies
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain various records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a tidy reception area, ensuring it is presentable at all times
**Skills**:
- Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in data entry and administrative tasks
- Knowledge of office procedures and equipment

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
Schedule:

**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Prestatyn (required)
Ability to Relocate:
