**Job Description**:
**Shift: Monday - Friday 11:00 - 19:00**

As a Transport Planning Administrator, you will gather and process data of customer orders and process within the TMS. You will be providing the Transport Planners with administrative duties.

Warrens are looking for a confident individual who can successfully contribute to the team and have experience in a fast paced environment.

The role has great development opportunities and exposure to the wider operational business.

**Qualifications**:

- Creating and providing daily reports for the planning and transport departments to demonstrate planned efficiencies
- To make delivery bookings where required by either through the customer systems or by telephone
- Providing daily confirmation reports to subcontraction and collation of daily and weekly costings in order to raise the required purchase order numbers
- To assist the planners in internal trunk movements in preparation for planning outbound loads
- To take direction from the Transport Planners

Additional Information
- Previous experience of working in a transport environment
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Able to work on own initiative
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience in working in a FMCG environment
- Previous experience on working within business systems
