**Senior JavaScript Software Engineer**

**Basic**:£60,000 - £90,000 + benefits

**Location**: Hybrid (1-3 days in Manchester office)

**Role**:design, code, implement, test and deliver amazing software within a cross functional team

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a senior member of a cross-functional feature team - responsible for design, implementation, testing and delivery of amazing software. You will work alongside senior business stakeholders and software engineersto provide a best-in-class investment experience for the customers. Code quality, maintainability and user experience design are key values of our delivery approach. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative forward thinking and growing organisation.

**Key Responsibilities: Senior JavaScript Software Engineer**
- Produce high quality and maintainable software as a member of a cross functional team
- Work closely with the Technical Architect and other Developers to evolve high-level platform architecture
- Actively participate in driving a data led and collaborative Agile environment i.e. pair programming, code reviews, and mentor junior developers
- Share a sense of collective responsibility for delivery commitments with a focus on clean code and automated testing to investigate and resolve production issue

**Experience Required: Senior JavaScriptSoftware Engineer**
- 3+ years commercial development experience using JavaScript
- 1+ year commercial experience using Node.JS,
- Experience using TypeScript, React, SQL, and Git
- Experience working within an Agile environment
