This is a generalist role with an emphasis on onboarding administration, global mobility, and employee relations. You will conduct confidential and complex investigations, partnering with HRBPs and Legal to advise managers on providing performance coaching, performance improvement plans, policy interpretation, onboarding administration, compliance, terminations, and exit interviews.

What You'll Do:

- Provide a generalist HR service to locations in the UK and the Netherlands.
- Support more senior People Advocates in talent development and organizational health priorities. Advise and coach managers and employees on People policies and processes, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor and ensure the effective use of data to report key metrics and trends and to create actionable data for coaching and development.
- Collaborate/liaise with COEs (compensation, benefits, talent, Peopletech, and learning and development) and business leaders to develop, implement, and communicate programs aligned to People functional goals in benefits & rewards, performance management, engagement, retention & mobility to build a great place to work.
- In partnership with Managers, Human Resources and Legal, lead and manage all employee-related matters including complex investigations.
- Lead, facilitate &/or participate in projects and employee training including New Hire Orientation, The Way We Work, Annual Rewards, etc.
- Provide recommendations and implement solutions to motivate, develop and retain employees.

What You'll Bring:

- Business acumen and HR experience with the ability to partner and collaborate with HR colleagues, functional specialists and internal clients.
- Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects within employment and labour laws.
- Experience of supporting international teams.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, establish trust and credibility and act with complete integrity.
- Benefits and onboarding administration experience.
- Immigration and mobility experience is a plus.
- The ability to use data to make decisions and support actions.
- Display initiative with the ability to adapt interpersonal style and influence effectively at all levels in the organization.
