Blow Moulding Machine Operators

As part of TPF Plastics expansion, opportunities have arisen for Blow Moulding Machine Operator’s at our facility in Spilsby.

We are looking for Blow Moulding Machine Operators to work on our AM / PM shifts. We need the right persons who are going to take ownership of the complex machinery from settings, quality and meeting the agreed output requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities to succeed in this role.
- Effective Operation of Blow Moulding equipment
- Carry out all machine safety checks
- Adherence to all machine Operating Procedures
- Follow correct adjustment procedures, making sure set ups are completed and manufacturing to correct weight, cycle time and the correct material
- Carry out pre and post maintenance operational checks
- Meet all output requirements
- Set machines within timeframes ensuring they produce parts and run efficiently
- Know how to resolve process issues such as flashing, short shots, etc
- Quality and weight checks are carried out as requested by Management.

Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal.

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Spilsby: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
